So the last week or two, I've been actually feeling good during my runs. Not great, but really good. Such an improvement from the last THREE months. The heat has been awful. I just couldn't seem to run. And I actually stopped running for a while after Too Hot To Handle. That race took everything out of me. Weeks later I still had nothing left.
But I think I've got my mojo back. Not totally but almost. Maybe.
